What was your biggest motivation for creating the 1keachday platform?
The fact that I saw (still see) a lot of insensitive comments on posts (Instagram especially) than sensible ones. I sat back, thought about how to positively engage people positively & reward them while at it, instead of waiting for giveaways, why not mentally engage the brain & get rewarded. I, on the other hand like puzzles, quizzes & other brain teasers & since I didn’t see anyone doing it, I was like – “why not?”
This is inspiring. Kudos sir.
Where do you see the 1keachday platform in 10 years to come?
One of the biggest recognizable brands, not just in Nigeria but across Africa. I have this vision that – just like Google, 1keachday will be installed on most phones, gadgets & co so when you purchase a phone, the 1keachday brand would be seen on the device. Same goes for banks, sport-betting companies, telecommunication companies & co.
Are we to expect a 1keachday app soon?
Yes but in the nearest future (1 – 3 years from now). We are doing things in a step by step manner. We just got the brand registered last week,
What inspired you to name this platform 1keachday sir?
I seriously wanted to do something befitting to the general public, a kind of clear contrast between a giveaway which the beneficiaries, together with the general public who are witnesses, would forget in 5 minutes & then hope to wait for another blue moon for another giveaway AND a reward system where you merit your winning(s). So instead of doing a “once in a blue moon” giveaway, I asked myself – If I engage the public on a daily basis, make it fun & reward them for it, what name would contain this? Then boom, 1keachday was born.
